Please read the terms and conditions of this website carefully.?  By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions listed below.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.  Paragon reserves the right to change or modify these terms without notice.  Paragon reserves the rights to refuse business from anyone with or without cause.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Paragon or its suppliers, vendors, affiliates, officers, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Paragon has been advised of possibility of the damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or failure to provide services that you order from Paragon or its affiliates including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service.?  In no event shall Paragon be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

Turn Around Times

Turn around times vary for each product and are listed on the order page for each product.  The day the job is ordered does not count as part of the turn around time listed. Each job will be completed by 4:00 PM of the last day.  If it is to be shipped, it will be shipped the following day.  ie.  You order a job on Monday with a three day turn around time.  Your job will be ready for pick up Thursday at 4:00.  It will ship Friday.

Transfer of ownership.

Shipping terms are FOB Paragon Printshop, Inc., Millville, NJ 08332, which means ownership transfers once your package is picked up by Paragon's shipping carrier.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paragon Printshop, Inc., and its suppliers, vendors, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these terms of use or any suit, claim or demand arising from any text, photography, image, graphic, or any other material that you incorporate into your products.

Order approval

Please review your orders carefully prior to submitting them.  We will not accept any changes to orders that have been placed.?  You are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.  

Paragon is NOT LIABLE for errors in the final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammer, Damaged fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or missing folds, Crop marks, Transparency, Overprints, Finished product size, missing graphics, missing fonts or other issues that arrise from incorrectly supplied artwork.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All artwork, desings and images must be provided in the proper format.

Full Color jobs must be provided in CMYK Format.  Paragon is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversion from RGB to CMYK or PMS colors to CMYK color models.  All artwork must be provided in a minimum of 300dpi.  Paragon is not responsible for images that are fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to customer supplied artwork.

Spot Color Jobs must be provided using only the spot colors that the job will print in.  For single color jobs you may use process black as the only color as long as you specify the color that your job is supposed to print.  If you do not specify a color, your job will print in black ink. Paragon is NOT LIABLE for any jobs that print light or with missing graphics due to incorrectly supplied files or artwork.

Color Proofing & Matching

Paragon is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customer.  Screen proofs will predict design, layout, text accuracy, image portion and placement, but not color or density.?  Electronic proofs do not show transparency over print issues either.?  They also will not show color change from RGB to CMYK.

Application of UV coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.  Paragon is not liable for the final color appearance of UV coated products.

Order Cancellation

Paragon will be happy to help you cancel a print order prior to going into production.  Paragon will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the state of your order.  Please allow 10 days for your money to be refunded to your account.

Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter including, printing, coating and finishing.

Paragon is not responsible for any duplicate orders placed on our website due to customer error.

Shipping and Delivery

Paragon  will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules.  In no case, however, will Paragon  be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any delay in shipping or delivery.

You agree to hold Paragon harmless for delays in shipping caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstance that is beyond Paragon's direct control.  Shipping times are based on estimates provided by our suppliers.

Shipping Errors and Lost Packages

Lost or Damaged claims can only be filed on orders over $50.00 in value and can only be done for up to 15 days from package shipment.  Paragon is not responsible for third party shipping errors.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Paragon guarantees the printing will not be defective according to industry standards.  If printing is found to be defective, you may contact Paragon for a reprint of your job.  This contact must be made in writing within 5 business days of receiving your product.  If product is deemed defective, Paragon  will authorize a Return Authorization for your job to be picked up from the location that it was originally delivered to.?  Paragon Printing  must receive the package within 10 days of the RA being issued.  Re-Run will take place only after the entire product has been returned to Paragon.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a job is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, Paragon will re-ship the product at an additional charge.

Governing Law

Paragon is based in Millville, NJ.?  Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to this site shall be instituted in Millville, NJ.  You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Millville, NJ or Cumberland County, NJ courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect in such jurisdictions and shall be liberally construed in order to effectuate the purpose and intent of this Agreement and individuality or enforceability of any such provision in any other jurisdiction.
